LOVING!!! Absolutely loving all this vibrant color coming from Express this month! I’ve been in my black outfit uniform for many months now…(which I do truly love…it suits my vibe immensely)…but Express has awakened my soul this spring…I tell ya!! Coming off my least healthy of past few months…this hasn’t been the best start of a new year...but I’m ready to enjoy and ready to take back my life!! Putting on their latest vibrant colors has been an instant mood lifter for me. Are you ready to play with some bold, mood lifting colors? If so…keep on reading!!!
I can see this being a trend most will ease into and some will go full force…hi…that’s me. Have you ever worn an all orange bright suit before??…me neither…but ya know…it just works…and it’s Fabulous! Not only is the blazer constructed beautifully, but everything feels super expensive and delicious on! A BIG ENERGY moment for sure… (that’s my new theme song)…do you have one as well?
Wear in confidence my friend!! I recently heard something about remembering to be the leading lady in your own life…(forgive me I can’t remember who said this) but how true is that…sometimes you get so caught in the day to day and getting the kids taken care of and their lives situated, and showing up for friends and family to make sure they feel special, that you totally forget to make yourself and anything you love to do a priority…GUILTY! Take a deep breath and remember this is your life…don’t forget about you! Stop making other people always the lead in your life’s story!! There are many ways to take back the reins…two easy ones… A) play the non explicit version of my theme song…like 10 times in a row…yes honey! and B)…get yourself a new outfit in a vibrant color and wear and just be you!!!
Anyhoo…if you are looking to try this trend…see below for some ways to ease you into it by incorporating just one bold statement piece, etc. Of course I have to show you some black ensembles…because that’s just always going to hit just right!
Right now Express has the most incredible workwear looks, for all my boss women here. Outfits for a night out, grabbing drinks with the girls, summer vacation looks, or even if you have no plans at all but you want to be the leading lady in your story on just a random day of the week and need a visual reminder! They are one of my fav fav favs…their clothing always fits so well…is beautifully made…on trend, and priced nicely…they just get it!
