Instagram Favorites Round Up, and Recap of June 2017

June was a great month for us! We celebrated our 4 year Wedding Anniversary and headed to Sedona as a family, which is our favorite place to visit in Arizona. If you haven't been, it is beyond magical, and has the most stunning views, and best hiking. We went hiking with both babies, and Hartley got to play in the creek for the first time. Hiking is one of our favorite things to do, and when it was just my hubby, Hartley, and I, we took her on so many more risky hikes...Bell Rock, Cathedral Rock, and Devil's Bridge to name a few. She really enjoyed riding in her carrier more so then...which if you have children, I Highly recommend this...its a game changer (I'll link it under my hiking pics below). It's been about 8 months since we've used it, so this trip she was a little more finicky, ie, we couldn't take her on the first hike we had planned. However, we tried again the next day and were able to take her on one of my favorite hikes...West Fork Trail. This is definitely the most scenic and beautiful hike there. This time we went about 1/3 of our normal distance, but with an independent and active 2 year old, we are taking what we can get. There is something so refreshing and magical about all the hikes there...we truly feel revived and closer as a couple every time we go!
The temps are reaching the 120s here, and this is when I'm so wishing we had a second home, or just the ability to travel more...I'm not someone who loves my skin sizzling when I step outside. We are getting ready to sign Hartley up for preschool and some other activities, to keep us all a little more busy...but I'm secretly a little nervous, that I'm going to miss out on life with her. I want her to be independent, like her father and I, but at the same time, I just want her right beside me 24/7...it's so hard being a momma. I love her so much, I just don't want to miss or forget anything!! Time is a thief and it's heartbreaking, even though I have a zillion things I'm looking forward to doing together and sharing with her...still...
Each month I'm getting a little better at blogging, but seriously, I have soooo much I want to share with you guys, especially in terms of Interior Design, Beauty, Motherhood, and my favorite baby items. I wish I could clone myself...its that type A thing kicking in...and I'm actually a slow writer/editor...so I have a lot of room for growth here in terms of productivity and speed.

Thank you so much, and hopefully you are liking my content...I'm starting to come into my own, in terms of what I'm able to post...It's just hard to manage it all...and being present for my babies is first...Gosh I love being their momma!
